RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to amend the condition imposed in Crl.OP.(MD).No.18540/2019 on 21.04.2021 to surrender and execute sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Saidapet in Chennai instead of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai and to amend 1st Petitioner's name as 'Devaki' instead of 'Devalai' in the petition as well as order in said CRL OP(MD) No.18540 of 2019 dated on 21.04.2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.ABRAR MD ABDULLAH I, Advocate for the petitionerS and of Mr.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.
side) on behalf of the Respondent and Mr.K.GOVINDARAJAN, Advocate for Intervener, the Court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been taken out seeking permission to execute the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Saidapet, Chennai. The petitioner seeks corresponding amendment in the original order.
2.Though such a prayer has been sought in the petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, stated that the petitioner was not able to surrender before the jurisdiction Court at Madurai only on account of prevalence of the pandemic situation.
