This petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 07.04.2016, it essentially appears to be a consumer dispute and in order to give criminal colour, a complaint has been given. Hence, no positive direction as prayed for can be given.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
