ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in respect of the tenancy right, which is pending before the civil Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondents.

4. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
