RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner while granting bail dated 05.05.2021 in Crl.OP(MD) No. 6381 of 2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.MAHESWARAN.R., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 08.05.2021 to 20.05.2021 and thereafter, he did not appear.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was complying with the conditions from 08.05.2021 to 20.05.2021 and thereafter, the petitioner was suffered by corona and therefore, he was unable to comply with the conditions. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner was suffered by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3922 of 2021 corona and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. 5.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
