PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2015 under Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act and to survey and demark the petitioner's property situate in Survey No.73/6 (Patta No.1134) K.K.Pallam Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District, within a time stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider her representation dated 19.06.2015 through which she sought for surveying and demarcating her property situate in Survey No.73/6 (Patta No.1134) at K.K.Pallam Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though patta is granted in her favour, the revenue authorities have not surveyed and demarcated the property in spite of making a representation on 19.06.2015.

3.Therefore, without going into other merits of the matter, I only direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
