RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time limit for surety by the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6613 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020 and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court.

2. This Court, by an order dated 26.06.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.6613 of 2020, directed the petitioners to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivilliputhur.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that due to pandemic situation they were not able to surrender the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivilliputhur, within the prescribed time.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, time is extended by Two weeks from today and the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below on or before 09.09.2020 and also directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the credit of the Advocate Clerks' Association, Pattukkotti (Bank of India, Pattukkottai Branch, Saving Account No.814610110009887, IFSC Code: BKID0008146 ) without prejudice to their rights and contention before the trial Court.
