2. This Court, by an order dated 26.06.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.5429 of 2020, directed the petitioners to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Land grabbing, Ramanathapuram District, on or before 05.06.2020. 1/3

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that due to pandemic situation they were not able to surrender the sureties before the Court below, within the prescribed time.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, time is extended by Two weeks from today and the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below on or before 09.09.2020 and also directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the credit of the Advocate Clerks' Association, Pattukkotti (Bank of India, Pattukkottai Branch, Saving Account No.814610110009887, IFSC Code: BKID0008146 ) without prejudice to their rights and contention before the trial Court.
