ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD). No.1384 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18999 of 2024, dated 04.02.2025.

2. Mr.R.Boopathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that though the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly, there are 17 previous cases pending against him.

4. In view of the substantial compliance made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD). No.1384 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18999 of 2024, dated 04.02.2025 is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal Special Judge for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Cases, Madurai, monthly twice (i.e., on the 1st and 15th of every English Calender month) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
