The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to manually register the Discharge Receipt for the MOD dated 22.05.2006 and 11.11.2016 vide Doc.No.649 of 2006 and 1718 of 2016 respectively by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2024 within time fixed by this Court.
2. The Learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submitted that permission has already been granted by the respondents, and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
