Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MUTHUMALAI RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 01.05.2021 to 16.06.2021.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was complying with the conditions from 01.05.2021 to 16.06.2021 and thereafter due to lockdown he was unable to comply with the conditions.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is a sole bread winner of the family and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
