2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 21.05.2021.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner's wife died on 05.05.2020 and he has to take care of his two children and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.

4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
