ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to execute the warrant issued in C.M.P.No.1510 of 2011 in M.C.No.8 of 2008 by an order dated 03.02.2012.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the warrant has been executed and the concerned person has been produced before the court on 20.06.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
