ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 26.01.2016 consequently directing the 2nd respondent to investigate and to file a final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. For the same set of facts, a complaint was given and the same has been enquired into in CSR No.11 of 2016 and was closed on 31.01.2016. Thereafter, the 2nd petition has been sent by post. Therefore, no positive direction as sought for by the petitioner can be granted.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
