RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in CRL OP(MD). 6399/2021 on 05.05.2021 for the petitioner and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.VINOTHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 14.05.2021 and the investigation is not yet completed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is no one to care of the children and the petitioner has to take care of them.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is a daily wage employee and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Tallakulam Police Station, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3946 of 2021 Madurai once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
