ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners/accused in in C.C.No.177 of 2024 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein the petitioners have been charged for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 74, 115(2), 351(3) of BNS and Section 4 of TNPHW Act.

2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into compromise and a Joint Compromise Memo has been filed, wherein the de-facto complainant agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. Today, the de-facto complainant is present in person and she also acknowledges the fact that 2/4

she has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

3. In view of the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.177 of 2025 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, is hereby quashed. Consequently, the criminal original petition is allowed.
