The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.39 of 2016, on the file of the second respondent to any other agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations made in the F.I.R., this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to transfer the investigation. However, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Nagercoil Sub-Division, is directed to monitor the investigation in Crime No.39 of 2012, on the file of the second respondent.

4. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Sd/- Assistant Registrar /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil.
