The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2015 in the light of the proceedings of the third respondent in Ref:O.M.A9/6183/10 dated 06.04.2010 and remove the encroachment in a common pathway which belongs to the Government situated in Survey No.635/19 at Thannuthu Village, Kulasegaramangalam Panchayat, Tirunelveli District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the fifth respondent.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
