Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus , directing the respondents 1 to 3 to constitute a Special Mediation Centre under auspices and guidelines prescribed by this Honble court by considering the petitioners representation dated 18.11.2013 and consequently directing the 4th and 5th respondents not to dispossess and dispose the articles from the petitioner without following the due process of law .
