JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J] The appeal is directed against the order dated 07.12.2016 in W.P.(MD).No.23752 of 2016, wherein the writ petition was filed to direct the first respondent herein to initiate action against the second respondent pursuant to an enquiry, which was conducted.

2. Admittedly, the appellant and the second respondent are closely related. The second respondent is the maternal uncle of the appellant's wife and it is admitted by the appellant that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

there is a matrimonial discard between the appellant and his wife. The Writ Court rightly observed that the case is not a Public Interest Litigation. Therefore, no direction as sought for by the appellant could be granted.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, we find no good grounds to entertain this appeal. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs.
