ORDER
When the civil revision petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer that has been sought has become infructuous inasmuch as, during the pendency of the Civil Revision Petition, the first respondent has paid the entire arrears of tax. The said submission is recorded.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the first respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is closed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
