ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking extension of time stipulated by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.4259 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026 wherein this Court has directed the petitioners to surrender within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the petitioners had met with an accident and therefore, they could not surrender themselves within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3.In view of the above said facts, the time is extended till 16.04.2026. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. 4.With the above said observations, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
