(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J) This writ petition has been filed invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking an order in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.05.2012 and pass appropriate orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent. 3.The scope of the writ petition is limited. Learned counsel for the respondent has no tenable objection in considering the representation of the petitioner and passing final orders, according to law.

4.In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to furnish a copy of the representation to the respondent within one week from the date date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
