Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the entire records in connection with the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Pa.Mu.P4/923/2013 dated 30.10.2013 and quash the same.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the contemnor. 2.The petitioner alleges that the order passed by this Court on 18.10.2019 in W.P.(MD)No.16623 of 2016 has been breached. The petitioner's counsel states that by passing an order dated 04.06.2020, contempt has been committed.

3.I went through the contents of the order dated 04.06.2020. I come to know that the respondent has only restored the position that obtained prior to the order that was quashed by this Court. The respondent has not committed any contempt. The petitioner has to necessarily workout his remedy in the pending civil proceedings. 4.The contempt petition stands closed, accordingly.
