This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul in Crl.M.P.No.1164 of 2023, dated 17.03.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent. 1/3

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1164 of 2023 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, dated 17.03.2023, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner/A1 is directed to appear and sign before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation". In respect of other conditions, the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, shall remain unaltered.
