This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. 2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent police initiated an enquiry in C.S.R.No.49/2020 and after due enquiry, the same has been closed on 19.07.2020. According to him, as of now, no petition/complaint is pending against the petitioner.

3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4. Hence, it is made clear that now the complaint has been closed, the respondents police shall not call the petitioner in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
