ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.138 of 2022 and to file the final report, within a time frame. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that upon completion of investigation in Cr.No.138 of 2022, the second respondent Police has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent to ensure that the final report is taken on file, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
