O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given against the petitioner, the second respondent police initiated an enquiry in C.No.34/ACP/SRGM/LNO/PRC/2020 and after due enquiry, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.[MD]No.8419 of 2020 same has been closed on 04.08.2020. According to him, as of now, no petition/complaint is pending against the petitioner. 3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

4. Hence, it is made clear that now the complaint has been closed, the respondents police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
