2. These two Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking speedy disposal of the applications filed by the petitioner herein and it is seen that these proceedings are pending for a very long time.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Executing Court is directed to dispose of the E.A.s filed by the Revision Petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months after the lock down is lifted and the regular functioning of the Courts resume.

4. With the above directions, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
