Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after some arguments, wants to withdraw this writ petition, with a liberty to file the same before the Central Administrative Tribunal, challenging the impugned order dated 13.06.2018.

2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD) No.8960 of 2020 is closed.
