ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction against the respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and limb, based on her representation dated 05.04.2023.

2. Even though, this petition was filed to grant police protection, subsequently, in the enquiry, both the petitioner/wife and the third respondent/husband had submitted before the respondent police that they have resolved the matter within themselves and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
