ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 2 to 5. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 2.The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to grant family pension and consequential monetary benefits on account of the death of her husband, namely, C.H.Angamuthu who retired as special grade Tamil Teacher and died on 21.04.2013.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 27.10.2014 to the respondents seeking for the very same benefit. Therefore, it is for the respondents more particularly the second respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.10.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
