ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation from the third respondent to any other competent officer preferably a women officer by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2023 to conduct the proper enquiry within the stipulated period as mentioned by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 03.02.2023 before the respondents. However, no action has been taken till now. Hence, the petitioner filed the present petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint was given by the petitioner as counter blast to the complaint given as against the petitioner's husband by the one Jegan. However, the complaint given by the petitioner is now enquired and the petitioner appeared before the respondents for enquiry.

4.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one month from the date of 2/4

receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the outcome of the enquiry, she is at liberty to workout her remedy before the appropriate forum. Absolutely there is no ground to transfer the investigation.
