PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the Respondents to take appropriate action as per Section 133 of Cr.P.C. for removal of demolished portions and wastages, which caused public nuisance on the public road situate in S.No. 351/13 and 351/14 at Bharathiar Street, Athirampattinam, Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District on the basis of the petitioner's representation on 12.10.2015 to the respondents. ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to take action under Section 133 of CrPC to remove the public nuisance caused on the public road. The petitioner has given a representation dated 12.10.2015 to the respondents in this regard. 2.The criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
