Mr.V.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

2.The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to dispose of the suo moto O.A.No. 09 of 2012 within the time stipulated by this Court. It appears that the respondent initiated the suo moto proceedings in the matter of Arulmigu Palani Andavar Temple situated at Mariyamma Kovil Sekkadi Street, Srivilliputhur,Virudhunagar District in respect of administration of such temple. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the respondent has initiated the proceedings in the year 2012, till this date the respondent has not completed the proceedings and passed final orders.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the said O.A is still pending and however, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the same will be disposed of within a period of six months.

5. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner and merits of the matter, I only direct the respondent to dispose of O.A.No. 9 of 2012 on merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
