ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, Additional Government Pleader for revenue authorities and learned Government Advocate appearing for the jurisdictional Police. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that peace committee meeting will be held on 22.04.2024 at 11.00 a.m in the office of the fourth respondent to resolve all the outstanding issues. It is further stated that notices have been issued to all the concerned parties.

3.Expressing the hope that on the said date, all the outstanding issues will be amicably resolved, this writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. 18.04.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No MGA 3/4
