Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose the appeal dated 23.02.2018 filed by the petitioner within stipulated period as fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Chellapandian For Respondents : Mr.M.Lingadurai Special Government Pleader.
ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for early disposal of the petitioner's statutory appeal pending on the file of the first respondent, dated 23.02.2018.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that aggrieved by the cancellation of patta by the second respondent, which was earlier standing in the name of the petitioner for the property comprised in Survey No.225/1A at Thiruvaipatti Veerakkan Village, Thiruvidamaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District, the petitioner has preferred the statutory appeal under the Patta Passbook Act before the first respondent on 23.02.2018. Since the said appeal has not been disposed of till date, she has sought for early disposal of the said appeal by filing this Writ Petition.
3. Heard Mr.S.Chellapandian, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's statutory appeal is disposed of expeditiously, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire.
5. Accordingly, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 23.02.2018 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire.
6. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
