ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 21.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The sum and substance of the complaint is that the husband of the petitioner/proposed 1st accused had illicit intimacy with another lady/proposed 2nd accused and had demanded dowry and harassed her by demanding Rs.3 lakhs and also threatened to do away with her.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.12 of 2016 has been registered on 23.04.2016 under Sections 406, 498, 506(i) and 447 IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Dowry Prohibition Act and a copy of the same has been produced before this Court for perusal of the Court.

5. Under such circumstances, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
