Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

2.The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to demarcate the petitioner's property in Survey NO.313/12 in Mukkudal village, Ambasamundram Taluk, Tirunelveli District and issue Separate patta in his name. To that effect, the petitioner has made an application on 06.12.2014 before the respondent. It is stated that the said application is still pending.

3. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, I only direct the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 6.12.2014 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
