The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.78 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. The said case was registered for the offence under Sections 294(b) IPC r/w 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that during the course of investigation, the investigation agency found that the petitioner has not committed any offence. Therefore, the name of the petitioner was deleted from the FIR.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this petition stands closed as no further order is required.
