ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents particularly the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 08.04.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The sum and substance of the complaint is that by creating forged documents, the proposed accused persons sold the property, which belongs to the petitioner and his family members, to some third party and hence, a complaint has been given to the respondent police on 08.04.2016. Since no case has been registered pursuant to the petitioner's complaint, this petition has been filed.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after the enquiry, the parties are directed to resolve the dispute through civil Court and on this finding, the petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry has been closed.

5. Under such circumstances, this criminal original petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
