ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering his representation dated 23.03.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 & 2. 3.The claim of the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in a theft case and under the guise of enquiry, the respondents 3 and 4 are making unnecessarily troubles to the petitioner. Hence, he has given a representation dated 23.03.2016 to the respondents 1 and 2. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the respondent police will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2016 and pass appropriate orders.

5.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2016 and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
