[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This is second occurrence. Though on the earlier occurrence, the detenu was a minor, after attaining majority, she once again eloped with the third respondent. Hence, we close this Habeas Corpus Petition. However, the second respondent shall continue the investigation.
