This writ petition has been filed to take action against the respondents 6 to 8 for their unauthorised construction of Punitha Agasthiyar Branch Church in 10 cents land comprised in Resurvey No. 246/4A of Thumbacode Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari district. 2.The respondents 6 and 7 have given undertaking through their counsel that they will not construct the Church without getting permission from the District Collector.
