ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 13.04.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur in D.No.3422 dated 17.04.2025 seeking further extension of time for disposal of the case in O.S.No.14 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge Srivilliputtur, this Court made the following order:- 2/5

The learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputtur, Virudhunagar District, has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in O.S.No. 14 of 2013, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 13.04.2023.

The reason stated in the letter dated 09.04.2025 is accepted and a further period of eight months time is granted, to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
