235/2022 , dated 27/04/2022, this court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.167 of 2020. 2.This Court, by order, dated 05.07.2021 directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.167 of 2020 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the Court below seeks further 15 days time to dispose of the said case.

the above case. Accordingly, 15 days time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.167 of 2020 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
