ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The allegation in the Writ petition is to take action against the eighth respondent for misappropriation of funds in the project of watershed development agency, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2013.

2. A counter has been filed by the Project Officer, third respondent herein, wherein in paragraph Nos.6 & 7, allegation of misappropriation is denied and the details of the amount maintained in the Project Fund Bank Account, Mudhukulathoor has been given in detail.

3. We have perused paragraphs - 6 and 7 of the counter affidavit filed by the third respondent.

4. Having gone through the counter affidavit, we find no justification to issue any further direction and therefore, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
