This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that several persons have lodged complaints against the petitioner herein alleging misappropriation of funds of self-aided groups. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police as prayed for by the petitioner.
