Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The only request made by the petitioner is for disposal of the petition mentioned appeal by the second respondent.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Final order shall be passed by then.

4. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the interested parties shall be put on notice before passing final order. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
