Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent i.e. Superintendent of Wakf Board, Thanjavur herein to conduct the Rafiul Avval kanduri Vizha on 2.12.2017 at Mohideen Andavar Pallivasal, Valuthoor, Thanjavur District on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 23.11.2017.
