ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the FIR registered against the petitioner in Crime No.53 of 2021 dated on 22.12.2021 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime No.53 of 2021 has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Nagercoil and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.723 of 2022.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
